When your order has been processed and labelled for dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation for your entire order. If you have provided NZ Gaming a valid email address.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, email you need to contact us. Your transaction may not have been accepted for several reasons. You will not be sent anything without an order confirmation email.

If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different locations. You will receive a separate email from each dispatch location for the items being sent from that location.

By clicking the link on your tracking number then you will be taken to the Courier Track n Trace screen where you will see the status of your delivery.
